How do I close a period?

To complete a period, it must be in vehicle mode. Now all you have to do is click on the -symbol. 

Close period

(If you do not use a CanClick extension, which is indicated by the underlined mileage in the logbook, the mileage must be adjusted before closing).

What do yellow tours mean?

 A yellow tour indicates a manual tour. This is created by the system if no GPS signal was available. The tour is set to the last tour made, but can be changed afterwards. 

What do tours with a pink background mean?

A tour highlighted in pink is a service tour without a description. This period cannot be closed until a description has been added. 

Why is there only a private tour in the print preview?

To get a print preview, you must edit all tours and set them to business. You will then receive a print preview. This is still an interim solution, we are working on improving the function.


Only business tours are displayed in the print preview.

Is there no route overview anymore?

We are currently working on establishing this function in the HTML version as well.

Why can't I edit the logbook?

The logbook can only be edited by the respective main driver.

If you use identification via i-Button or RFID, select driver mode to edit your tours.

How can I view the logbook of an old vehicle?

The filter also show offline vehicles must be activated here.

How do I change my vehicle?

Select your vehicle in the Fleet Manager, select Edit () and copy the IMEI. Enter this as a copy in the description, set the vehicle to offline and save the setting. Create a new vehicle and enter the previously copied IMEI.

How do I perform a driver change?

You select your vehicle in the Fleet Manager, select Edit () and then change the main driver.  

Where can I find the costs for my vehicle?

How do I create a new user?

Go to the user administration and select Add ().  

How do I change my password?

Go to the user administration, select your user and then click on Edit (). Now enter your new password under authentication, confirm it and then select
